Hokian Eko Store is looking for a dedicated and reliable Assistant Cashier to join our team in Cilandak, Jakarta Raya. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a strong understanding of cash handling procedures.

As an Assistant Cashier, you will be responsible for assisting the main cashier in managing transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the main cashier in managing customer transactions.
  • Ensure accurate recording of sales and financial transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock taking.
  • Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling.
  • Assist in training new employees on cash handling procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a cashier or retail environment is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
  • Honest and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
