Diamond Port Sentosa is seeking an Assistant Inventory Staff to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and a keen eye for detail.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and maintenance of inventory records,Conduct regular inventory audits and counts,Update inventory records and ensure accuracy,Assist in the ordering and receiving of inventory items,Monitor inventory levels and place reorder points as needed,Assist in the preparation of inventory reports,Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient inventory management,Adhere to all company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Inventory Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or related roles,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus
