📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with the Learning and Development Manager to create and deliver training programs.,Assess training needs and design effective learning solutions.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure the successful execution of training programs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.,Maintain and update training materials and resources.,Support the Learning and Development Manager in managing the learning and development budget.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
