📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems and networks,Support the IT team in implementing new technologies and software,Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth operation of IT systems,Monitor and report on system performance and security,Assist in the development and testing of new IT solutions,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures,Participate in IT projects and contribute to the development of IT strategies,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field,Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems,Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++,Good communication and problem-solving skills,Ability to work in a team and independently,Basic knowledge of database management systems,Experience with IT support and troubleshooting is a plus
