Bengkel Tono Medical Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Restaurant Manager to oversee and manage our on-site restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This is a full-time position located in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train a team of restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement effective operational strategies to enhance restaurant performance and profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Manage inventory and suppliers to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of restaurant services with overall medical center operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and business practices is a plus.
