JUNCTION Jaya is looking for an experienced Operational Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company and ensuring that all processes run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a proven track record of success in a similar role. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Manage and supervise a team of operational staff,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations,Identify and mitigate operational risks,Maintain a safe and secure work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies
