📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and operational efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.,Ensure the smooth functioning of administrative and clinical processes, including scheduling, billing, and inventory management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of healthcare services.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the healthcare facilities, providing regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, including those set by the Indonesian government.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in a polyclinic or similar setting.,Proven experience in managing a team of healthcare professionals.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards in Indonesia.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in budgeting and financial management in a healthcare setting.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
