📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our client base in the 3PL sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and strategic partnerships.
Manage key accounts and negotiate contracts to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end logistics solutions using SAP and JDE.
Analyze market trends and industry data to inform strategic decision-making.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Represent Talentvis at industry events and conferences to enhance our brand visibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the logistics industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of the 3PL market and logistics operations.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in using SAP and JDE, with a strong analytical mindset.
Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
