You'll work closely with our team to ensure every customer leaves with a smile, whether it's a latte, cappuccino, or one of our signature specialty coffees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and specialty drinks.
• Operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized café environment, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.
• Interact professionally with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service.
• Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve your craft.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food and beverage service during peak hours.
• Assist in inventory management and ensure proper stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista or similar role in a café or restaurant setting.
• Proficiency in operating espresso machines and other coffee equipment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Familiarity with food and beverage safety regulations and practices.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
