📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily field operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulations.
• Manage and mentor a team of field assistants, providing guidance and support.
• Implement and monitor sustainable farming practices to maintain high productivity and quality.
• Conduct regular inspections of the field to identify and address issues promptly.
• Utilize tools such as GPS, drones, and mobile apps for efficient field management.
• Collaborate with the central office to ensure seamless integration of field operations with overall company goals.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field management or a similar role in the palm oil industry.
• Proven experience in managing teams and implementing sustainable practices.
• Certification in palm oil sustainability or related environmental management is a plus.
• Familiarity with GPS, drones, and mobile apps for field management.
