Pearl Up Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers in the Jambi region and beyond. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of customers in the Jambi region and other areas.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and customer needs.,Set and achieve monthly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Promote our products through various sales channels, including direct sales, referrals, and partnerships.,Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to inform sales strategies.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to showcase our products.,Provide regular reports on sales activities and customer feedback to the sales manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
