📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.Support the management team in strategic HR planning.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well in a team and independently.Proficient in using HR software and office tools.Familiarity with payroll processing is a plus.Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a must.🛠️ Keahlian
