📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.,Assist in the implementation and enforcement of company policies and procedures related to human resources.,Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to address employee-related issues and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
