📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment and software.,Provide technical support to staff, including training and troubleshooting.,Ensure the smooth operation of the dental clinic management system.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Collaborate with the IT team to improve IT processes and efficiency.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and network systems.,Familiarity with dental clinic management software is a plus.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.,Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in IT support or a similar role.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
