📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.,Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.,Follow up with leads to ensure they receive the information they need.,Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Assist in creating and updating marketing materials and presentations.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
