📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily production operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.,Manage and mentor production team members to enhance performance and productivity.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the production area.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.,Conduct regular quality checks and audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels.,Develop and implement production schedules and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role in the food industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and quality assurance standards.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using production management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian food regulations and standards.
