Home Store Sejahtera is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Technician to join our team in Kediri. As a Lead Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical operations of our store, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of technical equipment and systems.,Ensure that all technical operations are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.,Provide technical support to store staff and customers, resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of new equipment.,Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure the smooth operation of technical services.,Monitor and report on the performance of technical equipment and systems to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technician in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing technical operations and equipment.,Strong knowledge of technical equipment and systems, including but not limited to, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Valid certification or license in relevant technical fields is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
