📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in an office or similar setting.,Strong knowledge of office management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.
