📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and restocking.,Oversee cash handling and ensure accurate financial transactions.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure product availability and meet customer demands.,Maintain clean and organized store environment, including merchandise display.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.,Assist in training and supervising junior store staff.,Monitor store performance metrics and report to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in store administration or retail management.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
