Equipment Clerk

Join Sta. Clara International Corporation as an Equipment Clerk and play a pivotal role in managing our construction equipment, inventory, and maintenance operations. Based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung, you'll be at the heart of our construction projects, ensuring that our equipment is always in top condition and ready for action.

In this role, you'll be responsible for tracking equipment usage, scheduling maintenance, and coordinating with vendors for repairs and replacements. You'll work with a variety of tools and software, including JDEdwards, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace, to manage our inventory and maintenance schedules. Your ability to multitask and prioritize will be crucial as you balance the needs of our projects with the availability of our equipment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Track and manage construction equipment inventory, including usage, maintenance, and replacement schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment repairs, maintenance, and replacements.
• Schedule and oversee equipment maintenance, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Monitor equipment performance and condition, reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of equipment usage, maintenance, and repairs.
• Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure equipment availability for project timelines.
• Assist in the preparation of equipment purchase orders and quotes from vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies regarding equipment use and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in equipment management, inventory control, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with construction equipment, inventory management software, and maintenance scheduling tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
