📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead a team of 10-15 staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
- Oversee food and beverage service, including ordering, preparation, and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the dining area.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and management to improve service quality and guest satisfaction.
