📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including hospitality, retail, and commercial sectors
• Conduct site visits and consultations to understand client needs and provide tailored lighting solutions
• Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of lighting products
• Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in the lighting industry
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
• Manage and track sales performance using CRM tools like Salesforce
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote Hannochs Indonesia products

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, particularly in the lighting or hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of lighting products, technologies, and design principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using CRM tools like Salesforce
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
