📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve high-quality tea, matcha, and coffee beverages to customers.
• Create and develop new beverage recipes, both hot and cold, to enhance our menu offerings.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the café, including equipment and work areas.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control to maintain optimal levels of ingredients and supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers and addressing their needs and preferences.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in mixology and barista techniques.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards, to ensure a safe and hygienic workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a mixologist, barista, or in a related field.
• Proven ability to create and serve high-quality beverages, with a strong understanding of tea, matcha, and coffee.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage with customers and address their needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for tea, matcha, and coffee, with a desire to continuously learn and improve your skills.
