As a Bottle Production Specialist, you'll be responsible for monitoring and controlling the bottling process, ensuring that our production lines are running smoothly and efficiently. • Monitor and control the bottling process to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on bottling machines and packaging systems.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements in the bottling process.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Conduct training and mentoring for new team members.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of production activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the beverage or manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of bottling machines and packaging systems, such as those from brands like Tetra Pak or Amcor.
• Understanding of quality control and safety protocols in the beverage industry.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
