📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and identify inefficiencies in current business processes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Design and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct process audits and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of process changes.
• Monitor and measure the impact of process improvements on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and projects from conception to completion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process improvement, preferably in the energy or manufacturing sector.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
• Proficient in using SAP and other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive data-informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams.
• Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
