In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new credit opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding our existing customer base. You will work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure that our customers have a positive and satisfying experience with our financing products. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing our credit performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Identify and pursue new credit opportunities through direct sales and marketing activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor and analyze credit performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and efficient financing process for our customers.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in the financial services industry.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our credit marketing strategies are effective and competitive.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial reports and other relevant documents to internal and external stakeholders.
• Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the financial services industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit marketing or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services, particularly auto and multi-purpose financing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
