As the Head of Accounting & Finance at Pengiklan Anonim, you will lead a team of accounting professionals, overseeing all financial activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and financial planning. You will work closely with the CEO and other department heads to ensure the company’s financial health and sustainability. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Oversee budgeting and financial planning processes, aligning financial strategies with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian and international accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage cash flow and financial forecasting to support business operations.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely tax filings and compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
