As a Night Drilling Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing critical rig-based activities, ensuring safety and efficiency in our oil and gas projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee night shift drilling operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
Monitor and maintain drilling equipment and tools to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
Coordinate with the drilling team to ensure all activities are completed on time and within budget.
Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents.
Analyze drilling data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Work closely with the drilling supervisor and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in drilling operations, preferably in night shift roles.
Certification in Drilling Operations or a related field is a plus.
Proficient in using drilling software such as Schlumberger's Petrobras, Halliburton's GeoSphere, or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of drilling equipment and tools, including mud pumps, rotary tables, and top drives.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the oil and gas industry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, including night shifts.
