📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to maintain a clean and functional workspace.,Conduct regular staff meetings to address operational issues and provide training and development opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of office management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.,Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
