📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our employees.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with HR professionals to align training programs with company goals and values.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate training or a similar role.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with training management software such as LMS (Learning Management System) is a plus.
• Certification in instructional design or corporate training is a plus.
